Programs in the Carolinas!

"WE CARE" Promotions was founded in  August of   2001. The founding members were J. Green, M. Haywood, R. King and E. Haywood. "We CARE" is proud to boast of God's blessings and favor that enables the remaining members active and working hard to fulfill the mission of this fine organization.  

“We CARE” Promotions is a gospel music ministry. Our mission is to preserve and share our Traditional Gospel Music Ministry with others, so that  it will remain fruitful and continue to bless our lives as we grow in God’s grace and glory. Our extended mission is to see that this important segment of our culture continues to thrive in a world that is ever changing. We work very hard to sponsor and coordinate events that improve the quality of life in the community and surrounding areas where we work and live while we share and preserve our musical heritage. To support ourselves, we rely on our dues, along with contributions and donations from people that believe in our work and support our mission.

A few of the projects we sponsor are:

·         A Youth Scholarship Essay Contest

·         Family Gathering/ Strengthening the Family Concerts

·         Singing in the Park

·         Back to School Supplies

·         "After the Storm Has Passed" Benefit Concerts for Katrina Victors

·        Lap Quilts for Oxford Manor Rest Home    

Along with our Saturday Morning Gospel Radio Broadcast that helps us to share our ministry with the community at large. We pride ourselves in having the only traditional gospel broadcast in Raleigh, NC. We are on POWER 750 AM at 9:00 every Saturday morning and indeed we are “The pulse of the community”.

Our Care Club

"We CARE" is fortunate that we have oodles of caring and loving friends that offer their time and valuable assistance with the events we plan from year to year.

We are especially thankful to God that he has blessed us with such wonderful friends. These people make up our Care Club which is sort of like a support or booster club.
